Click on the models for a list of our base model numbers for standard sizes; simply select the model you need, and then specify the finish [painted or stainless steel.] Not available in real brass, real copper, or hammered copper. Recommended mounting height is 30" from the cooking surface. Shown with matching wall mount duct cover [sold separately], available in standard sizes for 8', 9', and 10' ceiling heights or in custom sizes. Maintenance Tips
  • Regular Surface Cleaning: Wipe the stainless steel exterior frequently with warm, soapy water and a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or steel wool that can scratch or dull the finish; rinse and dry thoroughly.

  • Grease Filter Care: Remove and clean metal grease filters periodically (dependent on cooking frequency) in warm soapy water; ensure they are fully dry before reinstalling to maintain airflow and prevent grease buildup.

  • Interior Wipe‑Down: With the hood powered off, wipe interior surfaces and grease collection areas to prevent residue buildup that can reduce efficiency or fire risk.

  • Safe Electrical Handling: Always disconnect power before deep cleaning or replacing bulbs to avoid electric shock and damage.

  • Duct & Vent Check: Periodically inspect ductwork for blockages and remove obstructions to sustain optimal suction performance.

  • Light Replacement: If lights burn out, replace them with the correct type per manufacturer specifications after powering off and cooling down.
